This newsletter will be a good resource for finding out information about what is going on in my photo classes. If you need to know what an assignment is for the week, it will be listed here. Please check back frequently for information about class assignments. You can also download the syllabus and other important class document from this site so please look at the information in the column on the right hand side of the blog. There is lots of good information about photography and related subjects.
Advanced Class Summer Assignment:
Please make sure and sign up for the arts awards. This is the largest nation art competition which we enter and it is good for students to enter because many scholarships are awarded though this program. This program is put together by the National foundation for Advancement in the arts. To find out more please visit the Arts Awards website.
Each student must submit a portfolio of 10 works. Five of which must relate in concept. The other five should be a representation of the student's best work.
Each student in my advanced class should sign up and begin to think about your concept for your 5 related works.
